To drive a car is a great privilege, and one taken all too lightly these days. Not too long ago the option of an automobile with 200 horsepower or more was not an option.
People need to be more mindful of how they consume a non-renewable resource. It's bad enough that we consume so much fossil fuel just in getting from point A to point B, to then add to that burning fuel in activities like dirt biking, motor boating, NASCAR. Throttle twisting for the kicks of feeling that power can no longer be justified.
